Hair extensions, accessories and product:
Please allow 5 business day processing time
Product orders typically take 1-3 business days to process and ship out. (Shipping times & Processing times are not the same)
Custom wig:
Please allow 5-7 business day processing time.
Custom wig orders take 15-25 business days to complete, which can vary depending on the volume of orders. During sales, please expect turnaround times to be extended up to 25 business days. All custom wigs will be shipped 4 business days after completion of construction.
* Custom colored wigs may need an additional 4 days from standard construction days to be crafted.
Ready to ship:
Please allow 5-7 business day processing time.
Ready to ship units have a shipping time if 2-3 business days.
Orders are not processed on major holidays and weekends.
Saturday and Sunday, and National Holidays are not considered business days.
Please refrain from contacting us regarding your wig order if it has not been past 25 business days. Custom wig orders are constructed with love and take time to make. Rikat Beauty LLC is NOT responsible for any improperly fit units if you fail to send in your correct head measurement size. Please refer to the sizing charts found under " Wig Collection”.
Prior to purchasing your extensions, please make sure your SHIPPING & BILLING address is the same, if not , you will be completely refunded.
You will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail when your order is ready to be shipped. The email will contain tracking number and shipping details. A signature is required for all delivered packages. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. To track your order, please click on the tracking number provided in the e-mail 24-48 hours after receiving tracking number for any updates. If the tracking has not been updated after 48 hours, please feel free to e-mail latest@rikatbeauty.com
We are not responsible for any lost or damaged items once they leave our possession. We will work diligently to get your items to you in one piece, in a timely manner and reconcile most issues that may occur during transit. However, the responsibility of lost and/or damaged items does not fall solely upon us. If you have any issues or concerns regarding lost or damaged items, feel free to contact the shipping carriers.
