Since human hair wigs are a hygienic hair product, We take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously, due to this we do not allow Returns, credit, exchanges nor refunds for any reason. All orders are customized based on your selection. Customizations are made both in color and to the cap. Any unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to you. Please review all FAQs and disclosures prior to placing your order. Please make sure to select the correct length,color and style prior to checking out. We are not responsible for a unit that does not fit. We do not offer any guarantees, repairs nor warranties. 

Customizations, immediately begin once you’ve submitted your order, the order cannot be modified. Custom color orders selected by you will be as close as possible to the photo. We strive our best to match the color as pictured, however, there are no color guarantees it will be exactly as pictured or described. By completing your purchase, you agree to these terms.
