All purchases are final. As human hair wigs are hygienic products, we prioritize hygiene and public safety, thus we do not accept returns, exchanges, credits, or refunds under any circumstances. Each order is customized based on your preferences, including color and cap adjustments. Unauthorized returns will be declined and sent back to you. Please carefully review all FAQs and disclosures before placing your order, ensuring accurate selections of length, color, and style. We are not liable for fitting issues, and we do not provide guarantees, repairs, or warranties.
Customizations commence immediately upon order submission and cannot be altered thereafter. While we strive to match custom color orders closely to the photo provided, we cannot guarantee an exact match. By completing your purchase, you agree to these terms. Regarding delivery times, please allow 5 to 7 business days for order processing. Hair extensions, lace closures, and accessories will ship after processing. Construction of wigs may take up to 25 business days. Custom wigs will be shipped within 20 to 24 business days after construction. During major holidays, construction time may extend up to 30 days.
Orders are not processed on major holidays or weekends, as Saturday, Sunday, and national holidays are not considered business days. Custom colored wigs may require an additional 4 days for crafting beyond standard construction time. Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email or text with an estimated delivery date. If more than 10 days pass after receiving your tracking information without receiving your order, please contact us at latest@rikatbeauty.com with your order number.
Ready-to-ship units have a shipping time of 2-3 business days. Please inspect your order upon receipt and promptly contact us if you encounter any defects, damages, or receive incorrect items, so we can address the issue accordingly.
