Yes, RB hair extensions can be colored or toned by a professional colorist to match your natural hair color. Custom color wigs are hand-painted by a Licensed cosmetologist.
Do you supply to new businesses?
Yes, we are happy to supply new businesses and provide support with product knowledge, logistics, and customer services.
Do you offer quality discounts?
We offer wholesale pricing to Wholesale members only customers, with discounts applied after membership signup and order commitment.
How do I know when my order is shipped?
Once your order is ready to be shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking details. You can track your order using the provided tracking number.
Who oversees my order?
Our RB team, including our order manager, stays in close contact with you throughout the process, providing realistic timeframes and responding to emails during business hours.
When will I receive my item if I place my order today?
Please allow 5 to 7 business days for order processing. Hair extensions, lace closures, and accessories ship after processing, while custom wigs may take up to 25 business days for construction.
How long will the hair last?
With proper maintenance, our hair extensions can last several years. Please refer to our step-by-step hair care guide for maintenance tips.
Damages and issues:
Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if there are any defects, damages, or if you receive the wrong item.
Return policy:
All sales are final due to hygiene and safety reasons. We do not allow returns, exchanges, or refunds for any reason. Unauthorized returns will be refused.
